The Houseman reports to the Executive Housekeeper. The Houseman assists the Executive Housekeeper, Suite Inspectors, Suite Attendants, Resort Attendants, and Commercial Laundry Attendants in daily cleaning of the vacation suites and common areas. Removes bed and bath linens and debris from suites after check out and delivers linen and other supplies to suites prior to cleaning. Monitors and removes debris and recycling from suites, and hallway/common area trash receptacles. Coordinates delivery of linens to and from commercial laundry to suites, fitness centers, pool areas and linen exchange. Supports the Executive Housekeeper in the safe-keeping of access keys, owner and guest information, linen, unit, guest and cleaning supply inventories, and reports needs as necessary. Supports efforts in meeting company guest satisfaction goals and expectations. Participates in weekly team member meetings and follows MSDS program and safety standards. Has a support responsibility to all functional officers, directors, and manager.
